Diabete indwara ihangayikishije abatari bake,dore uko wahangana nayo ukoresheje umiti y’umwimerere.

Diyabete ni indwara iteje ikibazo, ndetse kuri ubu bamwe basigaye bayitinya kurenza uko batinya SIDA. Ni mu gihe kuko ni indwara igutegeka ibyo ugomba kurya n’ibyo ugomba kureka, igutegeka kugira imyitwarire runaka uhindura, muri macye kurwara diyabete bigusaba guhindura byinshi.

  1. Apple cider vinegar

Ikindi kandi inafasha mu kugabanya ibiro, dore ko diyabete yibasira ahanini ababyibushye bidasanzwe. Ibiyiko bibiri byayo, ukaminjagiramo akunyu ufatiye hagati y’intoki ebyiri, noneho ukavanga mu kirahure cy’amazi. Ukabikora buri gihe mbere yo kurya.

2. Cinnamon

3. Amazi

Kunywa amazi ku rugero rwiza bifasha umubiri gukoresha isukari idakenewe cyane nk’isoko y’ingufu. Ikindi ni uko amazi atuma imyanda n’uburozi biri mu mubiri bisohoka bityo n’isukari idakenewe igasohoka mu nkari.

4. Izuba

Nubwo kubyumva bitangaje, ariko umuti w’ingenzi wa diyabete ni ukubona izuba mu buzima bwawe. Tuzi ko imirasire yaryo ituma tubona vitamini D, nyamara burya si ibyo rikora gusa kuko rinafasha mu ikorwa rya insuline. 5. Igikakarubamba

6. Ibibabi by’imyembe

7. Ibibabi bya curry

Si ibyo gusa kuko binabuza ikorwa ry’isukari mu mubiri binyuze mu ishwanyaguzwa rya amidon (starch), imwe mu mpamvu zitera diyabete. 8. Alfalfa

Iki kimera kijya gusa n’ubunyobwa ku bibabi, imbuto zacyo ziseye ni umuti mwiza ufasha kugabanya igipimo cy’isukari mu mubiri. Ufata akayiko k’ifu mbere yo kurya cyangwa uri kurya. Wakavanga n’ifunguro (kuminjira) cyangwa mu mazi yuzuye ikirahure.

9. Umunyu mucye

10. Bitter Gourd

11. Fenugreek

12. Jamun

Imbuto zihiye nizo zikoreshwa. Fata garama 60 zazo maze ucanire mu mazi azirengeye. Ucanire igihe kinini kugeza bibaye nk’igikoma noneho ubicucume. Ugabanyemo ibice 3 bingana, bimwe ubirye mu gitondo, ibindi ku manywa ibindi nijoro. Izi mbuto zizwiho kuba zikize kuri glycosides na alkaloids bizwiho kuringaniza igipimo cy’isukari mu mubiri.

13. Siporo

Iyo dukora siporo umubiri wacu ukoresha ingufu nyinshi kandi izo ngufu nta handi zituruka uretse mu isukari iri mu mubiri.
