Dore uburyo ushobora gukoresha mu kwirinda no kurwanya kanseri

Kanseri muri iki gihe ni indwara ihangayikishije abantu benshi muri rusange, ushobora kuba utarayirwara cg se nta wawe urayirwara, ariko wumva henshi, abantu kanseri yahitanye. Igitangaje ni uko iyi ndwara ntawe itibasira; yaba abato, abakuze, abakize, abakennye, abazungu ndetse n’abirabura.

Iza mu myanya ya mbere mu ndwara zihitana benshi ku mwaka, kandi abenshi ni abo mu bihugu bikiri mu nzira y’amajyambere, aho ibihugu byacu bibarizwa.

Niba unywa itabi, inama twakugira ni ugushaka uko urireka.

Niba utaranywa itabi, bigendere kure.

  1. Haranira kugira ibiro bijyanye n’uburebure bwawe

Umubyibuho ukabije nawo ushobora gutera kanseri. Kugira ibiro birengeje urugero, bishobora gutera kanseri ya prostate  ibihaha n’impyiko.

  1. Ugomba kurya indyo yuzuye

  1. Gukora sport buri gihe

Imyitozo ngorora mubiri iha umubiri imbaraga n’ubushobozi bwo kwirinda no kurwanya mikorobe zishobora kuwibasira.

Ni ngombwa gukora sport byibuze, iminota 30 ku munsi, iyo ariyo yose waba ukunze.

Sport ifasha mu kurinda kanseri y’ibere ndetse n’iya mara.

  1. Kwirinda ibikoresho bimwe na bimwe ndetse n’ibiryo bifungwa mu mapaki

Usanga hari ibintu byinshi; yaba ibisigwa inyuma ku ruhu cg ibyinjira mu mubiri, biba birimo ibinyabutabire (carcinogens) bitandukanye bishobora gutera imikorere mibi y’uturemangingo , bityo bikaba byatera kanseri.
